By accessing or using APIDrift ("Service"), operated by APIDrift ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. Your continued use of the Service following any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
APIDrift is an API monitoring platform that provides automated schema change detection, API drift monitoring, real-time alerting, AI-powered impact analysis, migration guide generation, and automated code patch creation (auto-patch). The Service enables users to track changes in third-party API specifications, including OpenAPI and GraphQL schemas, receive notifications when breaking or non-breaking changes are detected, and automatically generate pull requests to address those changes. APIDrift is available in four subscription tiers: Free, Pro, Team, and Business.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using a supported OAuth provider (GitHub or Google). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You represent that the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.
By connecting a GitHub repository to the Service, you grant APIDrift permission to read repository contents and create pull requests on your behalf through the APIDrift GitHub App. You can revoke this access at any time by uninstalling the APIDrift GitHub App from your GitHub account or organization settings.
APIDrift offers four subscription tiers: Free, Pro, Team, and Business. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis through Dodo Payments, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these usage restrictions.
The Service, including its design, features, code, documentation, and all related intellectual property, is owned by APIDrift and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, APIDrift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
APIDrift uses artificial intelligence to analyze API changes, generate migration guides, and create code patches. AI-generated code patches are provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and accepting any code changes before merging them into your codebase.
APIDrift does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or safety of AI-generated code. All auto-patch pull requests are created as drafts for human review. APIDrift is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of AI-generated code suggestions.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may discontinue your use of the Service and delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or if we determine that your use poses a risk to the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Service prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us at support@apidrift.com.
